Athens, May 19, 2015 – Frigoglass SAIC (the “Company”) refers to recent press reports calling for a public offer and delisting of the Company’s shares from Athens Exchange or for transferring of its legal seat abroad or a merger with Coca-Cola and, further to a respective query of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, clarifies that the aforesaid press reports have no correspondence to reality while the respective information do not reflect the current intentions of the Company.
