Athens, November 20, 2014 – Frigoglass announces according to Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 (article 11) that Mr. George Leventis, Non-Executive Member of Frigoglass BoD and liable person according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005, acquired 32,856 shares of total value €64.213,01 on November 18, 2014.
