Appointment of CEO
Athens, July 13, 2015 – Following the announcement released on June 9th, 2015, relating to Chief Executive Officer succession, Frigoglass SAIC announces that Torsten Tuerling resigned from the position of Chief Executive Officer with effect from July 10th, 2015. Frigoglass BoD appointed Nikos Mamoulis as the new Chief Executive Officer.
